Project Engineer Construction Services at Sevan Multi-Site Solutions leads commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. What You'll Do11
- 1Support full project lifecycle from preconstruction through closeout in partnership with Project Managers or Senior Project Managers
- 2Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules using MS Project or Primavera P6 while tracking milestones and critical path items
- 3Manage RFIs submissions, submittals, drawing logs, meeting minutes, and document revisions to ensure accurate communication
- 4Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers to align work with schedule and scope
- 5Support budgeting forecasting invoice review pay applications and change order pricing tracking
- 6Participate in site walks to verify work meets plans specifications and quality standards
- 7Track punch list items and corrective actions
- 8Assist with permitting utility coordination material procurement and long-lead item tracking
- 9Attend OAC meetings provide progress updates and maintain relationships with clients consultants and inspectors
- 10Support final inspections as-built documents warranties and turnover documentation
- 11Gain hands-on experience across scheduling budgeting field operations and client coordination in fast-paced environment
Requirements7
- 1Bachelor's degree in construction management construction science or related program
- 22+ years related professional experience or training
- 3Familiarity with construction documents processes and project lifecycle
- 4Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and email
- 5OSHA 30 certification required
- 6Strong analytical organizational and communication skills
- 7Ability to work in fast-paced environment manage multiple tasks simultaneously
