Overview
Project Manager for hardware development initiatives supporting Reality Labs scale in a hybrid Redmond environment. Own cross functional coordination, logistics and program execution for AR smart glass hardware. Collaborate with engineers, program managers and suppliers to drive on time delivery in a fast paced hardware setting. This role blends project coordination, international shipping, and engineering support to enable rapid product iteration.
What You'll Do10
- 1Build cross functional plans with engineers and suppliers to align deliverables and timelines
- 2Track prototype builds and hardware milestones to ensure program execution stays on schedule
- 3Manage international shipping, logistics, and receiving operations including supplier coordination and shipment tracking
- 4Maintain and update project plans, schedules and docs to provide visibility across stakeholders
- 5Monitor task progress, collect data, and develop dashboards and leadership presentations
- 6Collaborate with finance and procurement to onboard suppliers, manage POs and track deliveries
- 7Support engineering development documentation including SOW tracking and internal system records
- 8Attend internal practice meetings and contribute to thought leadership materials
- 9Participate in networking events and support career fast track initiatives
- 10Create industry leading materials to support the Digital Transformation practice
Requirements7
- 15–7 years of experience in project or program coordination in hardware or engineering environments
- 2Experience in international shipping, logistics and supplier coordination with Asia experience highly preferred
- 3Proficiency in project tracking tools such as Jira or similar systems
- 4Strong project management skills including scheduling, task tracking, and stakeholder coordination
- 5Ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities in a fast paced, ambiguous environment
- 6Excellent communication and organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- 7Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Business or related field or equivalent work experience
Salary Insight
$83 - $94k per year
