Overview
We seek a Technical Program Manager to lead the setup and ramp of our next-generation semiconductor manufacturing line. You will collaborate across engineering operations and global vendors to manage schedules drive deliverables and define processes for smooth technology transfer and full production. Your background in launching high-volume consumer electronics and working with contract manufacturers will be essential for success.
What You'll Do9
- 1Drive product manufacturing readiness across engineering operations and supply chain teams to support fab ramp
- 2Partner with the Pilot team to ensure process continuity and alignment through the transfer to HVM
- 3Track and manage schedules deliverables and risks for technology transfer and production milestones
- 4Coordinate and support technical and program reviews with internal teams and external partners
- 5Apply strong understanding of manufacturing processes and supply chain dynamics
- 6Demonstrate experience supporting consumer product development and NPI cycles
- 7Utilize manufacturing KPIs FA/CA tracking and structured issue closure processes to foster operational excellence
- 8Collaborate effectively across time zones and support factory-side execution
- 9Maintain flexibility to travel between Southeast Asia and the USA up to 50 percent
Requirements11
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading cross-functional program management initiatives
- 3CPC Card certification preferred
- 4AWS Certified cloud fundamentals
- 5Python proficiency required
- 6AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate
- 7React development experience
- 8Kubernetes orchestration skills
- 9BCBA certification optional
- 105+ years managing vendor relationships
- 11NPI cycle knowledge demonstrated
