Technical Program Manager - Semiconductor & Memory Test Solutions
Overview
Lead end-to-end program management for semiconductor and memory test solutions across product lifecycle. Drive cross-functional programs from concept through production deployment. Manage integrated program plans schedules resources budgets and risks. Provide executive-level status reports and coordinate with ASIC SoC IP memory design and product teams. Differentiate by shaping test solutions that enable global supply chain access to Flash memory.
What You'll Do11
- 1Lead end-to-end program management for semiconductor and memory test solution development from concept through production deployment
- 2Develop and manage integrated program plans schedules milestones resource allocation and budgets and risk mitigation strategies
- 3Drive cross-functional alignment across Design DFT Validation Test Engineering Product Engineering Firmware Manufacturing Quality and Operations teams
- 4Monitor program execution resolve technical and schedule risks and ensure on-time delivery of critical testing milestones
- 5Provide executive-level program status reports dashboards risk assessments and technical reviews to leadership stakeholders
- 6Drive development and deployment of package test system-level test reliability qualification and production test solutions
- 7Collaborate with ASIC SoC IP memory design and product teams to align test requirements with product specifications and manufacturing objectives
- 8Coordinate qualification characterization and production readiness activities with internal teams and external partners
- 9Support vendor management activities involving test equipment suppliers outsourced manufacturing and test service providers
- 10Track and drive KPIs including test coverage tester yield performance quality metrics and production readiness
- 11Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on test automation process optimization manufacturing productivity and data-driven decision-making
Requirements11
- 1Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering Computer Engineering Computer Science Electronics Engineering or related field
- 27+ years of experience in semiconductor engineering test engineering product engineering technical program management or related disciplines
- 3Demonstrated experience managing complex cross-functional engineering programs from development through manufacturing
- 4Strong understanding of semiconductor test methodologies silicon validation and manufacturing processes
- 5Knowledge of Automated Test Equipment platforms and production test flows
- 6Excellent project management scheduling risk management and stakeholder communication skills
- 7Proven ability to manage multiple technical programs simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- 8Experience with memory technologies including NAND Flash DRAM HBM or emerging memory architectures
- 9Familiarity with ASIC SoC mixed-signal or high-speed digital semiconductor products
- 10Experience supporting high-volume semiconductor manufacturing environments
- 11Proficiency with project management collaboration tools such as Jira Microsoft Project Smartsheet Azure DevOps
