Technical Program Manager at fab2
Overview
fab2 seeks a Technical Program Manager to accelerate semiconductor fab development. You will translate company goals into technical programs and coordinate cross-functional execution. This role reports directly to CEO Sam Zeloof and oversees integration of mechanical electrical software and production teams.
What You'll Do7
- 1Manage development of fab tools and components from requirements to production release
- 2Drive cross-functional execution across mechanical electrical embedded software and production to meet specifications and schedules
- 3Maintain critical path surface technical risks early and define mitigations and alternate routes
- 4Communicate status decisions and risks proactively across teams and leadership
- 5Build lightweight project management systems for planning communication and visibility
- 6Coordinate with hardware engineers to iterate to the limits of possibility
- 7Lead NPI programs transitioning products from R&D to production in fast-paced environments
Requirements7
- 15+ years of experience managing complex hardware projects
- 2Strong written and verbal communication skills
- 3Degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent experience
- 4Nice-to-have hardware engineering background
- 5Familiarity with semiconductor technologies and specific tools
- 6Experience leading NPI programs and product ramp
- 7Ability to thrive in ambiguous fast-paced environments
