- 1Build relationships with clients owners and subcontractors
- 2Design and maintain Procore systems
- 3Organize client files and ensure database accuracy
- 4Assist Project Managers and Superintendents throughout construction and closeout
- 5Manage RFIs submittals change orders meeting minutes project schedules and closeout documentation
- 6Support bidding process and coordinate subcontractors
- 7Drive communication between stakeholders
- 8Maintain detailed project timelines and deliverables
- 9Solve problems related to project coordination
Requirements11
- 15+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator or Assistant Project Manager
- 2Strong experience supporting Project Managers and supervising subcontractors
- 3Proven ability to manage RFIs submittals and change orders
- 4Expertise with Procore and other project management software
- 5Commercial construction experience especially in restaurant retail office or tenant improvement sectors
- 6Attention to detail and strong problem solving skills
- 7Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- 8Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- 9Knowledge of construction processes and materials
- 10Collaborative team orientation
- 11Preference for Procore experience
Salary Insight
$75 - $90k per year
