What You'll Do11
- 1Build financial dashboards using Power BI to track project cash flow and forecasts
- 2Design and execute monthly project financial reports aligned with KPIs
- 3Lead change order reconciliation and contract administration activities
- 4Drive process improvements through automation and workflow optimization
- 5Facilitate cross-functional meetings to coordinate project activities
- 6Own subcontractor accounting and payroll processing
- 7Analyze labor costs and equipment utilization metrics
- 8Prepare turn documentation and final payment submissions
- 9Mentor junior analysts and develop talent within the project team
- 10Implement safety protocols and promote a culture of accountability
- 11Collaborate with procurement to streamline consumable purchasing
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Expertise in AWS Certified solutions
- 3Proficiency in SAP and Coupa systems
- 4Strong analytical skills with Microsoft Office suite
- 5Bachelor's degree in Construction Management Accounting or related field
- 6Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environment
