What You'll Do11
- 1Develop monitor maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 defining work breakdown structures dependencies resource allocations and baselines

- 3Track analyze project performance metrics for cost and schedule variance
- 4Create detailed reports dashboards and visualizations for management review
- 5Manage accruals financial tracking and cost validation activities
- 6Support contract administration change order processes
- 7Facilitate project meetings ensure timely follow up on key deliverables
- 8Maintain documentation comply governance audit standards
- 9Identify assess project risks escalating potential impacts to leadership

Requirements11
- 1Bachelor's degree in engineering construction management business or related field
- 25+ years relevant experience
- 3Experience with Primavera P6 including dependencies cost loading resource loading and resource leveling
- 4Minimum 3 years utility construction or large scale infrastructure projects
- 5Proficiency in project scheduling financial analysis accruals forecasting
- 6SAP PMP or comparable certification
- 7Familiarity with Unifier ProjectWise or similar project management systems
- 8Proven leadership ownership mindset
- 9Strong attention to detail quality assurance focus
- 10Interest in mentoring professional development
- 11Excellent communication analytical skills willingness travel 25% time
