- 1Drive standardization and communicate best practices across project teams
- 2Implement early estimating and 21 Tab Cost Reporting with Oracle Primavera Cloud
- 3Establish and maintain project change control processes
- 4Prepare monthly status reports for senior management highlighting accomplishments and risks
- 5Assist in Capital Appropriation Request preparation and coordinate with affiliates for funding approvals
- 6Facilitate Cost Risk Assessments using Monte Carlo software
- 7Evaluate contractor performance based on cost schedule and change management metrics
- 8Support procurement of outside project control consulting services
- 9Gather and analyze benchmark data to improve compliance awareness
- 10Develop project execution planning documents
- 11Ensure EPRC cloud-based collaboration system is used according to guidelines
Requirements10
- 1Minimum 10-12 years of project controls experience in engineering/construction sectors
- 25+ years managing staff in project controls roles
- 3Extensive knowledge of Oracle Primavera Cloud MS Project and Excel
- 4Proficiency in regulatory compliance frameworks
- 5Strong leadership skills for cross-level collaboration
- 6Experience with Monte Carlo cost analysis preferred
- 7Background in FDA regulated industries preferred
- 8Ability to travel up to 50% domestic and international
- 9Bachelor of Science degree in Business Engineering or Construction Management
- 10Qualified to lead people and programs in large-scale capital projects
