Overview
Lead a team to direct daily project management and create detailed plans for Clark Water LLC. Support Senior Project Manager with stakeholder communication manage risk and monitor progress. Demonstrate passion for delivering successful outcomes.
What You'll Do12
- 1Lead all contract administration change orders procurement scheduling and financial reporting
- 2Secure required permits and verify subcontractor insurance
- 3Facilitate project meetings to coordinate work activities
- 4Train and develop project team members
- 5Prepare and submit monthly job status reports outlining priorities and issues
- 6Drive project close-out including manual turnover warranty handover and final payment processing
- 7Establish deadlines and monitor progress
- 8Develop and maintain positive relationships with owner engineering and design counterparts

- 11Support acquisition efforts by participating in proposals and presentations

Requirements11
- 1Undergraduate or graduate degree in engineering architecture construction management or related field
- 24+ years construction experience with preference for general contractor roles
- 32+ years leading developing and motivating teams
- 4Understanding of strategic operational and financial components of construction projects
- 5Ability to make timely effective decisions
- 6Experience managing projects from start to finish
- 7Skilled at developing and negotiating relationships with owners and trade contractors
- 8Strong work ethic leadership and ability to work in fast-paced environment
- 9Alignment with Clark Standards of Excellence such as self-motivated results oriented adaptable team player accountable ethical innovative resilient builds relationships and follows leadership sets direction and executes
- 10DBIA and/or LEED Accreditation
- 11Water/wastewater construction experience

$85 - $185k per year
