Overview

What You'll Do12

  • 1Lead all contract administration change orders procurement scheduling and financial reporting
  • 2Secure required permits and verify subcontractor insurance
  • 3Facilitate project meetings to coordinate work activities
  • 4Train and develop project team members
  • 5Prepare and submit monthly job status reports outlining priorities and issues
  • 6Drive project close-out including manual turnover warranty handover and final payment processing
  • 7Establish deadlines and monitor progress
  • 8Develop and maintain positive relationships with owner engineering and design counterparts

Requirements11

  • 1Undergraduate or graduate degree in engineering architecture construction management or related field
  • 24+ years construction experience with preference for general contractor roles
  • 32+ years leading developing and motivating teams
  • 4Understanding of strategic operational and financial components of construction projects
  • 5Ability to make timely effective decisions
  • 6Experience managing projects from start to finish
  • 7Skilled at developing and negotiating relationships with owners and trade contractors
  • 8Strong work ethic leadership and ability to work in fast-paced environment
  • 9Alignment with Clark Standards of Excellence such as self-motivated results oriented adaptable team player accountable ethical innovative resilient builds relationships and follows leadership sets direction and executes
  • 10DBIA and/or LEED Accreditation
  • 11Water/wastewater construction experience
