Program Specialist Salary
Overview
Coordinate and monitor Individualized Service Plans (ISPs) ensuring compliance and documentation standards. Collaborate with leadership and staff to support person-centered planning and promote quality service delivery. Serve as a resource on ISP processes and contribute to Positive Behavioral Supports initiatives.
What You'll Do11
- 1Monitor ISP activities within HCSIS and track deadlines, alerts, and documentation requirements
- 2Schedule and facilitate ISP meetings with staff individuals served families and stakeholders
- 3Support teams in developing measurable goals reflecting individual needs and preferences
- 4Assist with data collection strategies to monitor progress toward outcomes
- 5Conduct semi-annual reviews of ISP documentation and provide guidance on standards and compliance
- 6Prepare reports identifying trends status updates and opportunities for improvement
- 7Satisfy satisfaction surveys with individuals before ISP meetings and coordinate participation for those needing communication supports
- 8Support training for managers and staff on ISP requirements best practices and compliance standards
- 9Assist with development and delivery of training materials and participate in PBS training initiatives
- 10Serve on the Positive Behavioral Supports Steering Committee
- 11Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements10
- 15+ years experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD)
- 2Bachelor`s degree required
- 3Knowledge of DDS ISP systems processes and regulatory requirements
- 4Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related applications
- 5Valid driver`s license with ability to travel as required
- 6Strong organizational planning and time management skills
- 7Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 8Ability to analyze information and prepare accurate reports
- 9Ability to facilitate meetings and collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders
- 10Commitment to person-centered practices and quality service delivery
