Direct Support Professional
Overview
On call staff overseeing consumer safety and behavioral health facilitation. Responsible for coordinating residential interventions and assisting clients in achieving clinical objectives. Provides supervision aligned with person centered ISP and promotes RHD values.
What You'll Do9
- 1Provide supervision of individuals in accordance with person centered ISP
- 2Complete required documentation
- 3Administer medication
- 4Support consumers in activities of daily living meal prep toileting hygiene
- 5Assist in community integration activities and access to supports
- 6Transport consumers to community locations
- 7Facilitate participation in daily living tasks
- 8Promote wellness through fitness classes nutrition counseling
- 9Offer investment in growth programs and leadership development
Requirements6
- 1High school diploma or GED required
- 2Associates or bachelor's degree preferred
- 3Basic computer and internet literacy
- 4Valid driver's license
- 5Prior human services experience preferred
- 6Subject to FBI clearance
