- 7Prepare budgets monitor expenditures and review purchase requests
- 8Ensure staff receive required training on new hires and annual policies
- 9Maintain vehicle for site travel and commute
- 10Work in office and outpatient settings serve diverse patient populations
- 11Drive strategic initiatives to enhance healthcare access
Requirements11
- 1Bachelor's degree in Public Health Social Sciences Business Administration Health Care Administration Nursing or related field
- 2Master's degree preferred
- 33 years experience serving patient populations
- 45 years program management experience in healthcare
- 5Valid certification from California SUD Services certifying agency
- 6Physical stamina to bend carry and lift regularly
- 7Bilingual English Spanish preferred
- 8Cultural sensitivity and strong interpersonal skills
- 9Project management abilities and knowledge of budgeting and grant compliance
- 10Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
- 11Driving license and reliable vehicle required
