We seek a compassionate professional to lead our Community Facilitator program. This full‑time role involves teaching daily living skills supporting independence for adults with disabilities across San Diego County. What You'll Do11
- 1Design and deliver personalized life skills curriculum using Python and React frameworks
- 2Drive participants to medical appointments while maintaining accurate documentation
- 3Conduct home visits for grocery shopping and personal care coordination
- 4Assist with transportation logistics throughout the county
- 5Develop Individualized Service Plans aligned with client goals
- 6Collaborate with AWS cloud solutions team to enhance service delivery
- 7Implement Kubernetes based monitoring for remote support systems
- 8Lead small groups focusing on social engagement and community integration
- 9Maintain compliance with CPC Card certification standards
- 10Facilitate workshops on financial literacy and medication management
- 11Provide ongoing mentorship to newly hired staff members
Requirements11
- 1High school diploma or equivalent with documented disability care experience
- 2Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance for vehicle transportation duties
- 3CPR/First Aid certification preferred but we provide training
- 4Proven ability to travel extensively within San Diego County
- 5Strong communication skills and proactive problem solving approach
- 6Experience with Spark and Airflow for data pipeline management
- 7Familiarity with BCBA best practices in behavioral support
- 8Commitment to continuous learning through AWS Certified programs
- 9Willingness to complete annual vehicle inspections and maintain clean driving record
- 10Availability for flexible scheduling including night shifts
- 11Reliable transportation method and willingness to drive varied routes
Salary Insight
$37 - $40k per year
