Program Manager Youth Prevention Education ERIN Talk
Overview
The ERIN Talk Program Manager leads daily operations and growth of the ERIN Talk program at the Erin Levitas Foundation. This full-time salaried role offers $65K-$75K hybrid work in Baltimore Metro and Central Maryland. Responsibilities include delivering curriculum, coaching facilitators, managing partnerships, and improving program outcomes. The role differs by focusing on youth-focused sexual violence prevention education and cross-program collaboration.
What You'll Do13
- 1Facilitate or co-facilitate ERIN Talk sessions with middle and high school students
- 2Train and coach adult ERIN Talk facilitators to deliver curriculum with fidelity
- 3Conduct site visits and provide feedback requiring approximately 10 hours of coaching support initially
- 4Develop and lead community of practice coaching sessions
- 5Manage staff interns and volunteers
- 6Build relationships with schools to establish partner sites and represent ELF at events
- 7Track payments and coordinator stipends for partner organizations
- 8Maintain accurate documentation in Salesforce Nonprofit and create visual dashboards for program metrics
- 9Support evaluation efforts by coordinating data collection between teams and partners
- 10Order and distribute ERIN Talk kits and supplies to facilitators and sites
- 11Revise content based on community needs and evaluation results
- 12Promote ERIN Talk through social media grant activities and communications
- 13Participate in team meetings and perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements14
- 1Demonstrated experience working with middle and high school youth and group facilitation
- 2Strong relationship-building skills with diverse school and youth-focused organization backgrounds
- 3Excellent writing abilities for emails grants and development contexts
- 4Restorative practices training or experience in school or youth settings
- 5Proven ability to give and receive feedback and self-assess effectively
- 6Bachelor’s degree in social work education child development or related field
- 7Knowledge of child/youth development with focus on middle and high school students
- 8Proficiency with Google Suite Microsoft Office and virtual meeting platforms
- 9Familiarity with program evaluation and research methods
- 10Preferred: Experience creating youth-focused educational content and social media engagement
- 11Optional: Spanish language fluency and expertise in health equity racial justice LGBTQ+ inclusion
- 12Required: Salesforce experience or comparable program management tools
- 13Physical requirement: Reliable transportation for local travel and occasional out-of-state trips
- 14Ability to carry 25 lbs of materials and work flexible hours including evenings weekends
