Program Manager, I&C for Haiyang 5&6 – Nuclear EPC & Project Management
Overview
Lead multi disciplinary teams to deliver I&C scopes within the Haiyang 5&6 program at Westinghouse. Own scope, schedule, cost, and risk management in a complex EPC / nuclear environment. Partner with engineering, procurement, mfg, and customer to ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while driving on site presence 2-3 days per week. This role blends direct execution with strategic oversight and a strong focus on continuous improvement.
What You'll Do12
- 1Own program management of assigned I&C scopes including scope, schedule, cost, and risk
- 2Develop and implement integrated execution strategies aligned with contract milestones
- 3Guide and oversee PMs project support resources and matrixed teams
- 4Ensure progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions to meet contract requirements
- 5Coordinate with engineering procurement suppliers manufacturing and project controls to meet quality on time and budget
- 6Serve as primary interface with the customer for areas of assigned scope
- 7Report program status risks and opportunities at multiple organizational levels
- 8Ensure adherence to nuclear safety quality and regulatory standards
- 9Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement
- 10Manage work in financial scheduling and document management systems
- 11Identify and communicate lessons learned for future improvement
- 12Implement ongoing improvements in own area
Requirements7
- 1Bachelor`s degree in Engineering Construction Management or related discipline
- 2PMP certification preferred
- 3MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 410+ years of progressive experience managing large complex EPC or nuclear projects
- 5Emphasis on I&C strongly preferred
- 6Advanced knowledge of project management principles including scope schedule cost risk and quality
- 7Proficient in Primavera P6 SAP and ARM and Earned Value Management
