Requirements14
- 1Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution with minimum 4 years experience in product development or engineering
- 2Minimum 2 years experience in project management focusing on schedule budget quality and risk management
- 3Required proficiency with PMP or equivalent certification
- 4Experience with New Product Introduction programs from concept through launch
- 5Strong stakeholder management skills in matrix organizations
- 6Familiarity with Waterfall and Agile methodologies
- 7Proficiency with MS Office tools including Microsoft Project
- 8Understanding of basic engineering principles and accounting fundamentals
- 9Demonstrated expertise in program management methodologies and tools
