What You'll Do11

Requirements14

  • 1Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution with minimum 4 years experience in product development or engineering
  • 2Minimum 2 years experience in project management focusing on schedule budget quality and risk management
  • 3Required proficiency with PMP or equivalent certification
  • 4Experience with New Product Introduction programs from concept through launch
  • 5Strong stakeholder management skills in matrix organizations
  • 6Familiarity with Waterfall and Agile methodologies
  • 7Proficiency with MS Office tools including Microsoft Project
  • 8Understanding of basic engineering principles and accounting fundamentals
  • 9Demonstrated expertise in program management methodologies and tools
  • 10Excellent written and verbal communication abilities with public speaking experience
