What You'll Do11

Requirements11
- 1Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- 25 years experience in marketing sales or engineering focused on electrical components systems
- 3Working knowledge of sales functions customer channels and negotiation techniques
- 4Ability to manage division customer and departmental resources to maximize growth
- 5Demonstrated success introducing new technologies and products globally
- 6Master's in Business Administration preferred
- 72 years experience with circuit protection power distribution electrical equipment or connected products
- 8Strong collaboration skills across matrix organization influencing non-direct reports
- 9Proficiency in applying knowledge to develop launch strategies and manage product lifecycle
- 10Understanding of established and emerging vertical markets
