Overview

The Program Manager owns a portfolio of high-priority projects and strategic initiatives within Enterprise Delivery at Wings Credit Union, now part of a merged entity with Ent Credit Union. Reporting through the Enterprise Delivery team, you will manage business relationships, plan and execute major deliverables, and drive cross-functional communication to deliver on time, within budget, and with quality. You will coach project managers, manage vendors, and implement Organizational Change Management to ensure business value realization across the portfolio. This role offers a salary range of $135,000 to $158,000 plus 15% annual bonus and a 401(k) match.

What You'll Do10

  • 1Own a portfolio of projects from planning through execution and closeout, delivering on time, within budget, and with quality.
  • 2Forge relationships at all levels to foster influence and facilitate cooperation across business and technology teams.
  • 3Collaborate with sponsors, stakeholders, delivery teams, and product managers to define and track program goals and metrics.
  • 4Set expectations for the program and drive governance to maintain alignment over time.
  • 5Leverage project management tools to execute projects efficiently and effectively.
  • 6Drive vendor relationship management to ensure service levels and outcomes.
  • 7Implement Organizational Change Management practices to support adoption and minimize resistance.
  • 8Execute risk management activities to anticipate and mitigate delivery risks.
  • 9Coach project managers in PMP best practices and foster continuous improvement.
  • 10Align project delivery with strategic objectives, saving time and money while managing scope and quality.

Requirements10

  • 15+ years relevant program or project management experience.
  • 2Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 3One or more of PgMP, PMP (or equivalents) preferred.
  • 4Experience with technology implementation projects.
  • 5Knowledge of the financial services industry.
  • 6Demonstrated experience with Organization Change Management best practices.
  • 7Proven ability to influence others creatively to accomplish objectives.
  • 8Strong collaboration and team-building skills with cross-functional teams.
  • 9Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
  • 10Outstanding communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
