What You'll Do9

  • 1Plan and manage project scope, schedule, and budget for 5-10 concurrent initiatives in banking and finance.
  • 2Coordinate with internal teams and client stakeholders to define milestones and deliverables.
  • 3Monitor project risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to keep delivery on track.
  • 4Lead project meetings, document decisions, and communicate status to executives and clients.
  • 5Track and report on project health using MS Project and JIRA, ensuring data accuracy.
  • 6Manage vendor and third-party dependencies, ensuring contractual commitments are met.
  • 7Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal governance frameworks.
  • 8Facilitate change management and user adoption for new financial systems and processes.
  • 9Conduct project retrospectives and drive continuous improvement in delivery practices.

Requirements9

  • 15+ years of project management experience in banking or financial services.
  • 23-5 years managing projects with budgets over $1M and cross-functional teams.
  • 3Recent experience with regulatory projects, such as BCBS 239 or CCAR.
  • 4Proficiency in MS Project, JIRA, and Confluence.
  • 5Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience presenting to C-level executives.
  • 6PMP or PRINCE2 certification is required.
  • 7Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 8Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • 9Ability to work onsite in Atlanta, GA; Berkley Heights, NJ; or Frisco, TX, Monday through Friday.
