Program Manager, E commerce & Payments
Overview
Bold Payments and E commerce leadership to own large, complex programs at scale. You will coordinate cross functional teams across front end and downstream systems to enhance the digital customer experience. This role involves multiple stakeholders and moving pieces across websites and back end integrations. You will drive payment related initiatives and partner with product, engineering, and operations to deliver results across hybrid roles and contract timelines.
What You'll Do5
- 1Lead complex end to end programs across ecommerce and payments, coordinating frontend and backend teams to deliver on time
- 2Design and drive program plans, milestones, and governance for multi team initiatives that impact customer experience and payment flows
- 3Own risk mitigation, issue resolution, and program dashboards to communicate status to senior leadership
- 4Collaborate with product, engineering, operations, and external partners to align on scope and deliverables
- 5Scale programs across markets and channels, ensuring compliance and quality across integrations
Requirements5
- 15+ years building and managing complex programs in ecommerce, payments, or retail tech
- 2Experience coordinating frontend and backend systems with multiple teams and vendors
- 3Strong stakeholder management and communication skills for cross functional teams
- 4Ability to define clear milestones, risks, and governance for large initiatives
- 5Hybrid or contract program management experience in luxury retail or ecommerce environments
