Program Director Smart Living Center
Overview
Lead and support development implementation growth of ADAPT Smart Living Center program promoting independence for people supported. Serve as program leader ambassador building stakeholder relationships advancing strategic goals expanding community impact.
What You'll Do13
- 1Lead development of innovative services promoting independence community inclusion including visits tours screenings assessments trainings classes regular events pilot demonstrations
- 2Explore and build partnerships with technology companies showcase new technologies engage pilot opportunities
- 3Explore and build partnerships with universities develop research studies engage projects
- 4Explore and build partnerships with investment firms focusing disability population
- 5Work collaboratively with multiple departments develop and grow Smart Living Center including Community Business Development Fund Development Marketing Government Relations Finance Programs Information Technology Facilities
- 6Manage and coordinate cross-functional project teams monitor timelines deliverables outcomes
- 7Support development of grant proposals
- 8Build relationships with community partners referral sources families provider organizations stakeholders
- 9Support data collection reporting program evaluation
- 10Monitor program progress recommend process improvements
- 11Develop presentations proposals reports program materials
- 12Recruit supervise staff people supported as program expands
- 13Represent organization in meetings presentations outreach activities
Requirements10
- 1Bachelor's degree
- 2Relevant Master's degree preferred
- 3Strong project coordination or program management experience
- 4Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- 5Ability to promote programs engage diverse stakeholders families providers technology companies university researchers investment firms community partners
- 6Experience presenting to stakeholders conducting community outreach preferred
- 7Experience supporting program implementation or growth preferred
- 8Passion for ADAPT mission commitment non-profit disability sector

Salary Insight
$80 - $85k per year
