What You'll Do11
- 1Provide day-to-day leadership and operational oversight of an assigned program
- 2Ensure services align with CHS policies and state regulations
- 3Supervise Assistant Program Director and Direct Support staff
- 4Manage staffing patterns and schedules to maintain appropriate coverage
- 5Oversee medication administration systems for compliance
- 6Coordinate healthcare services and clinical supports
- 7Participate in budget development and fund management
- 8Serve as liaison between individuals, families, and community stakeholders
- 9Maintain program documentation and records in compliance with regulations
- 10Drive recruitment and professional development initiatives
- 11Develop and monitor Individual Support Plans for clients
Requirements5
- 1Associate’s degree in human services with one year of experience
- 2Minimum five years of supervisory or management experience
- 3Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 4Valid driver’s license required
- 5Ability to lift thirty pounds with reasonable accommodation
