Practice Administrator Seattle Mental Health
Overview
The Practice Administrator will own daily operations including client intake and insurance verification. This role supports the clinical team by handling administrative tasks. It is a mission critical position reporting to the Program Director.
What You'll Do11
- 1Serve as primary point of contact for the company answering inquiries from clients and referral sources
- 2Manage full client intake and onboarding sequence including assessments and treatment plans
- 3Maintain accurate client records and track renewal dates
- 4Enroll new clients into the system and verify staff linkages
- 5Communicate with referral sources and provide status updates
- 6Retrieve payer documentation and verify eligibility through MN–ITS and major portals
- 7Resolve insurance denials by coordinating corrected claims
- 8Perform visit verification and timesheet reconciliation
- 9Onboard new hires end to end including paperwork and training
- 10Set up system access and payroll in ADP
- 11Act as front desk and first point of contact for clients and families
Requirements5
- 1Associate or Bachelor degree in Business Healthcare Administration or Human Resources
- 2Experience in ARMHS or home- and community-based mental health services
- 3Working knowledge of MN–ITS and payer/insurance portals
- 4Knowledge of client intake processes in healthcare settings
- 5Strong organizational skills and ability to handle HIPAA-protected information
