What You'll Do10

  • 1Greet and attend to clients in person and over the phone
  • 2Answer all phone calls professionally while maintaining a welcoming presence
  • 3Manage high-volume client flow through scheduling and coordination
  • 4Create new client profiles and update electronic health records
  • 5Schedule appointments using electronic systems and verify insurance eligibility
  • 6Establish payment plans and reconcile cash deposits daily
  • 7Maintain confidential client information and ensure HIPAA compliance
  • 8Introduce clients to the Recovery Connect app and provide guidance
  • 9Perform end-of-day tasks including deposit reconciliation
  • 10Assist with inventory management and supply ordering

Requirements8

  • 1High School Diploma or GED
  • 21+ years customer service experience with preference for hospital front desk background
  • 3Valid driver’s license and MVR clearance for TX/OH/MN/IN/WI states
  • 4Strong communication skills and ability to work in fast-paced settings
  • 5Proficiency with electronic health records and Microsoft Office applications
  • 6Cultural competence and sensitivity to diverse client needs
  • 7Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • 8Commitment to confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
