What You'll Do10
- 1Greet and attend to clients in person and over the phone
- 2Answer all phone calls professionally while maintaining a welcoming presence
- 3Manage high-volume client flow through scheduling and coordination
- 4Create new client profiles and update electronic health records
- 5Schedule appointments using electronic systems and verify insurance eligibility
- 6Establish payment plans and reconcile cash deposits daily
- 7Maintain confidential client information and ensure HIPAA compliance
- 8Introduce clients to the Recovery Connect app and provide guidance
- 9Perform end-of-day tasks including deposit reconciliation
- 10Assist with inventory management and supply ordering
Requirements8
- 1High School Diploma or GED
- 21+ years customer service experience with preference for hospital front desk background
- 3Valid driver’s license and MVR clearance for TX/OH/MN/IN/WI states
- 4Strong communication skills and ability to work in fast-paced settings
- 5Proficiency with electronic health records and Microsoft Office applications
- 6Cultural competence and sensitivity to diverse client needs
- 7Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- 8Commitment to confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
