What You'll Do11
- 1Build relationships with clients and families to assess needs and design personalized care plans
- 2Design and implement day programs aligned with individual goals and therapeutic objectives
- 3Manage volunteer schedules and ensure compliance with safety protocols
- 4Ship resources and materials to support daily activities and therapeutic interventions
- 5Drive fundraising efforts to secure funding for program expansion
- 6Analyze program outcomes and report metrics to stakeholders
- 7Collaborate with healthcare providers to integrate clinical services
- 8Maintain accurate records and documentation for regulatory compliance
- 9Coordinate transportation logistics for clients to community events
- 10Develop training modules for staff on best practices in developmental disability care
- 11Promote inclusive practices within the organization and partner networks
Requirements6
- 15+ years caregiving experience with individuals with developmental disabilities and autism
- 21 year CPR Certification (Preferred)
- 3Driver`s License Required
- 43-5 seasons leading support teams
- 55+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 62 years experience with behavioral health software systems
Salary Insight
$37 - $40k per year
