Oversee shelter operations during working hours while maintaining a safe and secure environment. Lead daily activities and ensure compliance with agency standards. Drive positive outcomes for clients and staff.
What You'll Do11
- 1Build relationships with clients and staff to foster a supportive environment
- 2Design and implement programs aligned with agency mission
- 3Maintain accurate records and documentation for each shift
- 4Report incidents and rule violations to the Program Director
- 5Coordinate with supervisors to resolve operational challenges
- 6Participate in team meetings and complete assigned training
- 7Support administrative tasks including payroll and scheduling
- 8Assist in developing client care plans and service delivery
- 9Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
- 10Promote respectful interactions among all stakeholders
- 11Contribute ideas for process improvement and community outreach
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons of experience in social services
- 3CPC Card certification preferred
- 4BCBA credential valued
- 5AWS Certified knowledge beneficial
- 65+ years experience with shelter management systems
- 72 years sobriety demonstrated
- 8CPR and First Aid certification required
- 9Strong communication and conflict resolution abilities
- 10Ability to work independently and make sound judgments
