What You'll Do11

- 2Coordinate strategic planning and communications for the Department Chair
- 3Support faculty meetings and advisory board functions through scheduling and materials
- 4Manage event logistics such as vendor arrangements catering and audiovisual setup
- 5Develop outreach communications across email web and print channels
- 6Analyze program data and prepare reports for departmental decision making
- 7Implement outreach plans for department programs and initiatives
- 8Maintain accurate records and track action items for various projects
- 9Provide professional support to faculty and external partners
- 10Assist with faculty committee meetings and departmental governance tasks
- 11Develop and implement processes for program operations and special projects
Requirements11
- 1Minimum Bachelor’s degree with two years of relevant experience
- 2Proven experience in program administration or executive support roles
- 3Strong organizational and project management skills
- 4Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

- 6Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaborate effectively
