Program Administrator, Industry Affiliate Program
Overview
Part‑time Program Administrator supporting the Power and AI Initiative Industry Affiliate Program at Harvard SEAS. This role leads program members and stakeholders while managing communications and events. It involves overseeing partnerships and budgets.
What You'll Do11
- 1Oversee planning implementation and support for program events ensuring alignment with requirements
- 2Manage administrative records including partnership agreements monitoring donations and payment schedules
- 3Coordinate membership agreements contracts with external partners and internal collaborators
- 4Monitor membership agreement timelines and initiate renewals in coordination with SEAS faculty leadership
- 5Develop and monitor program budget ensuring expenses stay within limits
- 6Process financial transactions and handle membership invoicing with finance team
- 7Support faculty directors by scheduling member prospect meetings advisory board meetings and annual conferences
- 8Develop onboarding materials and guidelines for new industry members
- 9Create program reports stewardship materials brochures and briefing documents
- 10Maintain contact list prospects and key stakeholders for the program
- 11Assist with hosting visitors meetings seminars and events as needed
Requirements5
- 1Minimum 5 years of related experience in program administration project management or event management
- 2Background managing program operations and planning activities involving multiple institutions
- 3Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
- 4Strong analytical time management and organizational skills
- 5Excellent written verbal and interpersonal communication abilities
