The ideal candidate will own administrative and substantive duties including office management course support and program coordination for Diplomatic Tradecraft & Emerging Technologies directorate. What You'll Do11

  • 1Build and maintain course materials using Microsoft Office and Zoom for Government accounts
  • 2Design and produce educational content including microlearning videos and literature reviews
  • 3Lead Qualtrics survey creation and analysis for program evaluations
  • 4Manage office operations including scheduling meetings and preparing invitation letters
  • 5Facilitate classroom activities and support speaker logistics
  • 6Prepare briefing books and official notices for government audiences
  • 7Conduct annual course reviews and assist with course catalog updates
  • 8Mentor interns and maintain program handbooks
  • 9Support on-demand programs and rapid research initiatives
  • 10Coordinate with external offices regarding policy changes
  • 11Drive process improvements through systematic documentation and analysis

Requirements11

  • 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
  • 23-5 seasons leading cross-functional teams
  • 3CPC Card certification preferred
  • 4BCBA credential valued
  • 5AWS Certified recognized
  • 65+ years graduate level education in Foreign Affairs or related field
  • 72+ years research experience in international relations or anthropology
  • 8Proficiency with Excel PowerPoint Word Zoom Outlook
  • 9Experience creating and analyzing Qualtrics surveys
  • 10U.S. Citizenship required
  • 11Strong analytical skills with proven ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations
