Overview
The Administrative Support Information Specialist will own development of overseas infrastructure projects advancing strategic interests of the U.S. and international partners. This role supports the Information Resource Center of the U.S. Trade and Development Agency through administrative tasks and collaboration.

- 4Support FOIA program operations and training room logistics
- 5Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures

- 7Provide training and technical assistance to staff
- 8Manage information and records using diverse IT programs and databases
- 9Ensure compliance with federal travel regulations and facility management
- 10Set up conference and training rooms for events
- 11Troubleshoot AV equipment and resolve presentation access issues
Requirements11
- 15+ years administrative management experience
- 2Create and implement organizational policies and procedures
- 3Evaluate program effectiveness and suggest enhancements
- 4Deliver training and technical assistance to personnel
- 5Manage records using various computerized systems
- 6Hold a college degree in business or information management
- 7Possess certifications such as CPC Card or BCBA
- 8Demonstrate proficiency in IT programs and databases
- 9Maintain excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 10Commit to innovative customer service standards
- 11Have physical ability to handle large volumes of files and boxes
