- 9Coordinate with planning and quality assurance teams for workflow optimization
- 10Assign tasks and conduct performance reviews of subordinates
- 11Ensure regulatory compliance throughout all production activities
Requirements10
- 15+ years experience in cable harness assembly and engineering
- 2DoD secret clearance required for security-sensitive roles
- 3Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field
- 4Proven ability to manage complex production schedules
- 5Expertise with automated testing equipment and troubleshooting
- 6Strong leadership skills for cross-functional team management
- 7Understanding of DoD procurement processes
- 8Ability to develop training programs for new hires
- 9Certification in project management recommended
- 10Experience with lean manufacturing principles preferred
