What You'll Do9
- 1Build and prep PCBs and complex harnesses using advanced hand-soldering tools
- 2Utilize microscopes and precision hand tools for delicate surface-mount adjustments
- 3Perform intricate component-level desoldering and rework while monitoring quality standards
- 4Ensure mechanical and thermal setups meet IPC/J-STD aerospace and defense tolerances
- 5Maintain pristine ESD-safe workspace adhering to LOTO and safety protocols
- 6Obtain and maintain Department of Defense security clearance
- 7Pass hands-on practical soldering and assembly bench assessment
- 8Demonstrate exceptional manual dexterity and visual perception under microscope
- 9Read complex engineering blueprints and schematics to identify color-coded wiring
Requirements7
- 1U.S. citizenship required for immediate defense facility access
- 2High school diploma or equivalent with 3+ years electronics manufacturing experience
- 3Proven ability to read complex engineering blueprints and schematics
- 4Expert proficiency with soldering irons desoldering tools crimpers and wire strippers
- 5Strong visual ability to work under microscope and distinguish color-coded wiring
- 6Ability to obtain and maintain DoD security clearance
- 7Experience working extended hours and overtime as required
