What You'll Do8
- 1Assemble small electronic and RF components with precision
- 2Work under a 10X microscope for assembly and inspection
- 3Perform hand soldering, solder rework, and hot plate reflow
- 4Complete coil winding, shield cutting, and strap cutting
- 5Apply epoxy staking and potting
- 6Assist with electronics tuning, leak testing, and product validation
- 7Follow detailed work instructions, schematics, and assembly procedures
- 8Maintain strict quality standards and a clean work area
Requirements7
- 1Minimum 2+ years of electronic assembly experience
- 2Experience with small parts micro-assembly
- 3Ability to solder through-hole and SMT components
- 4Experience working under a microscope required
- 5Strong hand dexterity and attention to detail
- 6Ability to read and follow assembly instructions schematics or blueprints
- 7Reliable attendance and strong teamwork skills
