What You'll Do10
- 1Lead department teams to meet production commitments and quality standards
- 2Coordinate material, equipment, and staff setup to ensure on-time production
- 3Monitor safety, quality, and regulatory compliance and train new personnel
- 4Review daily production schedules and assign work to achieve on-time shipping
- 5Cross-train associates across production departments to preserve efficiency
- 6Support supervisor in absence and resolve production delays
- 7Maintain housekeeping and safe working environment across the department
- 8Order materials and ensure production procedures are followed
- 9Assist in CIW/TCCI goals through cross-training across departments
- 10Build positive relationships with customers, vendors, and coworkers
Requirements6
- 1High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred
- 2Minimum 3-5 years of progressive manufacturing line responsibility
- 3Strong leadership and communication abilities
- 4Ability to read production documents and identify parts/products
- 5Experience operating equipment such as forklift, electric pallet jack, crane
- 6Basic computer skills with familiarity of Microsoft Office Products
