- 8Interact with shift leaders supervisors quality assurance and warehouse operations
- 9Work with maintenance personnel to maintain optimal equipment performance
- 10Deliver results within specified timeframes during first 90 days
- 11Maintain reliable attendance and flexibility for overtime as needed
Requirements7
- 1High school diploma or GED preferred
- 22+ years of lead and/or leadership experience
- 3Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus
- 4Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality
- 5Strong problem solving skills and ability to ask questions
- 6Commitment to safe work practices and adherence to safety rules
- 7Reliable attendance and availability for scheduled hours
