- 4Participate in interviewing hiring onboarding performance evaluations and disciplinary actions
- 5Maintain regular communication with employees to promote teamwork morale and operational effectiveness
- 6Monitor measure and report production performance metrics including productivity labor efficiency scrap downtime quality and schedule attainment
- 7Analyze performance shortfalls and implement corrective actions to improve results and operational efficiency
- 8Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet production schedules and customer requirements
- 9Direct and support production employees to ensure safe efficient and quality focused operations
- 10Ensure compliance with work instructions quality standards safety policies and operating procedures
- 11Train coach and develop production employees to improve performance and skill development
- 12Monitor attendance staffing levels and overtime requirements within assigned departments
- 13Coordinate with Maintenance Quality Warehouse and Production Management to resolve operational issues
- 14Promote and support continuous improvement and 5S initiatives to enhance productivity quality and workflow efficiency
- 15Complete and maintain accurate production records reports and documentation
- 16Support inventory accuracy through cycle count activities and inventory control practices
- 17Ensure production supplies and materials are available to support manufacturing requirements
- 18Complete required reports documentation and administrative tasks
Requirements12
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons experience in wire mesh metal fabrication welding steel processing
- 35+ years working in supervisory lead or team leadership roles
- 4Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Business or related field
- 5Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing 5S and continuous improvement principles
- 6Effective leadership coaching and employee development skills
- 7Ability to work in fast paced manufacturing environment managing multiple priorities
- 8Standing walking mobility regularly required 75% to 100%
- 9Climbing/stooping/kneeling occasionally required 25% to 50%
- 10Lifting carrying pushing up to 25 pounds occasionally required 25% to 50%
