Overview
Lead Production Control operations at Maverick 18 RE LLC in Houston TX overseeing manufacturing systems documentation and material supply. Plan and manage production schedules to achieve 100% on-time delivery. Ensure raw material availability and allocate resources effectively. Conduct monthly cycle counts and create work orders in QAD. Review customer purchase orders and make due date decisions using AFGPS and QAD. Assist in creating part numbers and routers while supporting purchasing teams. - 4Create configurations for existing work orders within the production schedule
- 5Enter shop labor transactions and process material records in QAD
- 6Assist purchasing team in fulfilling material needs based on sales order demand
- 7Reconcile work order reports and identify inventory variances with root cause analysis
- 8Maintain comprehensive production documentation for compliance and audits
- 9Attend FVC-related production and quality meetings
- 10Follow company policies and support continuous improvement programs
- 11Participate in Ameriforge Safety Program and adhere to safety protocols
Requirements11
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons experience in production control scheduling or logistics
- 35+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 4Minimum 3–5 years of production control experience in heavy industrial manufacturing
- 52 years of direct supervisory or team leadership experience on a manufacturing shop floor
- 6Familiarity with QAD or similar ERP/MRP systems for inventory and capacity planning
- 7Physical ability to stand, bend, lift up to 25 pounds, squat and walk 8-10 hours daily
- 8Spanish language skills preferred
- 9High School Diploma or GED required
- 10Knowledge of metallurgical inspection standards and blueprint reading
- 11Ability to resolve bottlenecks and minimize downtime under tight deadlines
