Overview

Consult with internal and external customers to plan schedule and coordinate production activities to adhere to SLA’s. Use complex models to develop operational capacity and monitor workflow to achieve optimal scheduling of multiple jobs. Forecast work volume based on prior history and client forecasting. Assist in developing pro-forma statements based on trends and performance levels.

  • 2Perform complex modeling to develop operational capacity
  • 3Attend daily scheduling meetings to determine machine workflow assignments
  • 4Assign and coordinate schedules by department and machine to minimize SLA conflicts
  • 5Monitor internal systems to assess processing status and communicate situational awareness to leadership
  • 6Compile and submit detailed production information to internal and external customers
  • 7Analyze processes for client cost savings and failure data to recommend solutions
  • 8Utilize system information to recommend staffing overtime schedules and SLA proposals
  • 9Coordinate with senior personnel for recommendations on production efficiencies

Requirements5

  • 1Bachelor's Degree or 6 years relevant experience
  • 2Minimum 4 years relevant production experience
  • 3Exposure to Lean Six Sigma environment
  • 4Four years experience maintaining fast-paced production machinery
  • 5Experience troubleshooting pneumatic hydraulic or programmable control systems
