Production Reporting Coordinator Crescent Energy
Overview
Crescent Energy seeks a Production Reporting Coordinator to own production regulatory reporting processes within PetroRegs. This role leads reporting setup for new assets standardizes practices across operating areas and drives automation to improve efficiency. Successful candidates will collaborate with multiple disciplines to ensure accurate submissions and regulatory compliance.
What You'll Do11
- 1Prepare and submit Texas Railroad Commission production reports including PR W-10 G-10 R-3 P-18 TexNet and other required filings
- 2Submit Utah Forms 10 and 11 and coordinate ONNR OGOR reports and EIA-914 reports
- 3Maintain reporting calendars and ensure all statutory deadlines are met
- 4Utilize PetroRegs to prepare validate and submit production regulatory reports
- 5Validate reporting configurations after acquisitions and partner with Production Accounting and IT
- 6Monitor regulatory changes and update reporting processes accordingly
- 7Respond to agency correspondence and resolve reporting issues before compliance impacts
- 8Validate production volumes against Production Accounting records and resolve discrepancies
- 9Perform trend analysis to identify recurring issues and root causes
- 10Partner with cross-functional teams to support acquisition integration and document business processes
- 11Promote standardized reporting across Crescent Energy operations
Requirements8
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Bachelor`s degree or equivalent experience
- 33-5 seasons of upstream production accounting or regulatory reporting
- 4Experience using PetroRegs or comparable regulatory reporting software
- 5Knowledge of Texas RRC Utah ONRR OGOR and EIA production reporting requirements
- 6Strong analytical and communication skills
- 7Preferred Experience with ProCount and Carte
- 8SQL or reporting automation experience
