Aspenall Energies Services seeks a proactive Operations Project Specialist to lead renewable energy project coordination across development to decommissioning. This role drives planning scheduling execution tracking documentation invoicing and budget oversight while collaborating with operations compliance accounting and technical teams. What You'll Do11
- 1Manage onboarding for late stage M&A and development projects
- 2Coordinate routine maintenance inspections respecting safety priorities
- 3Track field activities purchase orders and deliverables for timely completion
- 4Identify schedule conflicts and escalate issues to senior leadership
- 5Communicate with site personnel vendors and stakeholders about schedules
- 6Support purchase order creation and reconciliation with vendors
- 7Analyze vendor invoices and resolve discrepancies with internal teams
- 8Download and organize operational data from SCADA and metering systems
- 9Build Excel tracking tools and dashboards for reporting and analysis
- 10Maintain project records including change requests and insurance documentation
- 11Facilitate project meetings and ensure clear action items and follow-ups
Requirements10
- 1Bachelor’s degree in business engineering finance or related field with two years project coordination experience
- 2Strong Microsoft Excel proficiency including formulas pivot tables and charts
- 3Experience managing purchase orders and invoices within operational environments
- 4Ability to learn SCADA or other technical data platforms quickly
- 5Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting and recommendations
- 6Attention to detail organizational skills and problem solving abilities
- 7Experience with wind solar renewable energy operations or energy markets preferred
- 8Familiarity with contract concepts change orders and compliance documentation
- 9Cross functional teamwork experience in operations engineering or accounting
- 10Advanced Excel Power Query Power BI or similar visualization tools knowledge required
