What You'll Do9

  • 1Own and execute daily client communications using Drive O&M and Salesforce platforms
  • 2Prepare accurate proposals and analyze contract details with precision
  • 3Maintain data integrity across FSM and file systems through report generation
  • 4Learn and master solar monitoring software including AlsoEnergy
  • 5Drive operational efficiency by optimizing work order management processes
  • 6Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client issues
  • 7Develop strong relationships with multiple high-value clients
  • 8Generate financial reports and interpret billing information accurately
  • 9Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and data standards

Requirements7

  • 1Bachelor's degree in a related field with 5+ years of experience
  • 2Minimum 2 years in client-facing professional roles
  • 3Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite
  • 4Solar industry experience preferred
  • 5Excellent communication skills and conflict resolution abilities
  • 6Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • 7Strong analytical skills for interpreting complex data sets
