Production Lead, Food & Beverage Manufacturing
Overview
The Production Lead will oversee and operate equipment across production lines at scale to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency. You will work hands-on with machinery, perform routine maintenance, and drive continuous improvement with a focus on traceability and regulatory compliance. Collaborating with supervisors and cross-functional teams, you will help maintain clean, organized work areas and accurate production records. This role is onsite at a facility processing tree nuts in Phoenix, AZ and offers hands-on exposure to end-to-end manufacturing operations.

Requirements10
- 1High school diploma or equivalent
- 21-3 years of experience in a production lead or similar manufacturing role
- 3Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment
- 4Knowledge of safety protocols and equipment maintenance procedures
- 5Ability to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays if required
- 6Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately
- 7Ability to lift heavy objects and work in physically demanding environment
- 8Familiarity with PPE usage and hygiene standards
- 9On-site work in an allergen-prone facility with tree nuts
- 10Certification or training in material handling equipment is a plus
