What You'll Do11
- 1Correct and report food safety and quality issues while enforcing SOPs SSOPs and GMPs
- 2Model safe behavior and coach operators to maintain a safe production environment
- 3Communicate with supervisors and stakeholders about product quality and schedule attainment
- 4Assist operators in adjusting machine settings and coordinate with maintenance technicians
- 5Prepare and present shift documentation to supervisors and ensure accurate operator records
- 6Coach and develop team members to achieve performance goals and monitor progress
- 7Coordinate break times and labor distribution across the production line
- 8Perform sanitation inspections and correct deficiencies before start-up or changeovers
- 9Utilize and update SOPs SSOPs and job aids to support continuous improvement initiatives
- 10Ensure partners receive training aligned with production line requirements
- 11Plan and organize teams around tasks activities and process improvements
Requirements11
- 1High School diploma or equivalent required
- 2Experience operating and maintaining complex machines and food manufacturing background preferred
- 3Strong mechanical aptitude for assembling disassembling and troubleshooting equipment
- 4Ability to read write English and perform basic math calculations
- 5Proficiency with MS Office applications including Word Excel and Outlook
- 6Experience delivering technical training and supporting knowledge transfer
- 7Critical thinking and problem solving skills in live production environments
- 8Safety focus with ability to handle allergens and hazardous conditions
- 9Physical stamina to stand 90 percent of shift often up to 12 hours
- 10Availability for all shifts including nights weekends and holidays
- 11Willingness to lift move and stack objects up to 70 pounds
