Production Coordinator Construction
Overview
Production Coordinator role focusing on organizational and communication hub within Production Department. This position supports Production Manager and Construction Manager while ensuring project visibility and efficiency.
What You'll Do12
- 1Coordinate administrative transition of sold projects from Sales into Production
- 2Review project handoff information for completeness including contracts and schedules
- 3Create and maintain accurate project records in HubSpot CompanyCam and Microsoft Office
- 4Support Construction Manager in coordinating subcontractors suppliers and materials
- 5Track outstanding action items and follow up until completion
- 6Organize contracts change orders work orders and purchase information
- 7Assist with customer vendor and trade-partner communication
- 8Prepare production-meeting information and update project statuses
- 9Monitor active projects for missing information and schedule conflicts
- 10Raise concerns early and communicate directly to appropriate persons
- 11Track punch-list items warranty documentation and administrative requirements
- 12Help develop and improve production procedures and systems
Requirements11
- 1Basic working knowledge of construction terminology project sequencing and general construction process
- 2Strong organizational skills for coordinating multiple active projects
- 3Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accurate records
- 4Clear written and verbal communication abilities
- 5Proficiency with Microsoft Office and cloud-based business systems
- 6Ability to work entirely from Little Canada office and thrive in fast-moving environment
- 7Dependent history of ownership follow-through and meeting commitments
- 8Previous experience as Production Coordinator Project Coordinator or Construction Administrator
- 9Familiarity with HubSpot CompanyCam or similar construction management platforms
- 10Experience coordinating residential remodeling exterior commercial or property-maintenance projects
- 11Knowledge of permits inspections subcontractor documentation selections change orders and closeout procedures
Salary Insight
