Production Associate, Manufacturing & Assembly
Overview
You will own production assembly and inspection at a Bloomington, MN facility, supporting IPC standards from day one. You join a team that builds and ships panels using Paradigm work orders and conveyor systems. You will cross-train across production areas and work toward certified operator status. This role starts immediately with weekly pay and a contract-to-hire path.
What You'll Do9
- 1Read and follow route sheets and blueprints to assemble products to specification.
- 2Apply adhesives and sealants with appropriate tools on panels and components.
- 3Operate conveyor machines to load and move panels through production lines.
- 4Inspect finished work against IPC standards for quality and compliance.
- 5Enter and move work orders in the Paradigm system to track production.
- 6Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and increase output.
- 7Cross-train in other production areas to build skill versatility.
- 8Maintain a clean and organized work area to support safety and efficiency.
- 9Work toward certified operator status by mastering equipment and processes.
Requirements10
- 1Ability to read and interpret blueprints and route sheets.
- 2Comfort using hand tools and applying adhesives or sealants.
- 3Experience operating production machinery such as conveyors is a plus.
- 4Familiarity with IPC standards or quality inspection is preferred.
- 5Basic computer skills to enter data in Paradigm or similar systems.
- 6Willingness to cross-train and learn multiple production roles.
- 70-2 years in a manufacturing or assembly environment.
- 8Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
- 9High school diploma or equivalent.
- 10Must pass a background check and drug screening.
