Production Assembler, Manufacturing & Assembly
Overview
You will assemble electric motors and cabinets on a production line in our Champlin facility. You own the build process from parts to shipped product. The team is small, social, and casual, with on-the-job training. This role stands out because you handle fabrication, wiring, and packaging in one position.
What You'll Do6
- 1Assemble motors and cabinets using hand tools and power tools to spec.
- 2Wire electric motors for final assembly, following wiring diagrams.
- 3Package cabinets for shipping, ensuring secure and damage-free transit.
- 4Maintain a clean and organized work area for safety and flow.
- 5Troubleshoot basic mechanical issues during assembly to keep line moving.
- 6Collaborate with team to meet daily production targets.
Requirements6
- 11+ years in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
- 2Proficiency with hand tools and power tools.
- 3Basic mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting.
- 4Familiarity with fabrication processes and assembly lines.
- 5Ability to work independently and follow written instructions.
- 6High attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.
