Overview

You will own the product strategy for AVOID while managing delivery across five concurrent Statements of Work for a government contract. This hybrid role splits time 50/50 between defining product direction and coordinating execution with engineering, customers, and external partners. You will work with DoD and DHS stakeholders to translate operational needs into shipped capabilities. Your work directly shapes the roadmap and ensures contract milestones land on schedule. The role requires U.S. citizenship and offers remote flexibility.

What You'll Do10

  • 1Own the AVOID product roadmap with company leadership, prioritizing features by customer value and technical complexity.
  • 2Gather and prioritize requirements from DoD, DHS, commercial, and partner organizations, translating operational needs into clear user stories.
  • 3Coordinate beta programs, field trials, and customer feedback loops to validate new capabilities.
  • 4Define release plans and communicate new features internally and externally across demos, briefings, and proposals.
  • 5Maintain product documentation and the prioritized feature backlog in Jira or Azure DevOps.
  • 6Manage a government contract with five SOWs, developing integrated schedules across all workstreams.
  • 7Track milestones, deliverables, budgets, and risks, and lead recurring status meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
  • 8Prepare customer status reports, technical progress reports, and leadership briefings, and maintain action-item, decision, and risk registers.
  • 9Identify schedule or technical risks early and implement mitigation plans to keep contract execution on track.
  • 10Coordinate contract modifications and task planning, ensuring quality and on-time delivery of all contract deliverables.

Requirements10

  • 15+ years in product management, project management, or technical program management.
  • 2Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
  • 3Experience coordinating cross-functional technical teams and managing multiple complex efforts simultaneously.
  • 4Experience working directly with government customers or on government-funded projects.
  • 5Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance.
  • 6Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • 7Preferred: experience with wireless communications, LTE/5G, networking, cybersecurity, or telecommunications.
  • 8Preferred: familiarity with Agile software development and tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, Monday.com, or Microsoft Project.
  • 9Preferred: PMP, Scrum Product Owner, or Scrum Master certification.
  • 10Preferred: experience with DoD acquisition or government contracts.
