Overview
Be the Face of KLA Technology at Customer Sites Worldwide. Lead on‑time installation and qualification of complex capital equipment ensuring smooth handoff and successful warranty start. Represent KLA directly with customers taking ownership of installation performance and customer satisfaction.
What You'll Do7
- 1Install and qualify advanced KLA systems at customer sites globally meeting schedule and quality standards
- 2Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues during installation identifying root causes and implementing solutions
- 3Perform setup alignment calibration and verification of complex semiconductor capital equipment
- 4Collaborate cross‑functionally with KLA regions engineering and customer teams verifying system performance and transferring tool ownership
- 5Provide clear status updates to stakeholders throughout installation process
- 6Complete installation documentation and administrative requirements accurately and on time
- 7Secure warranty sign‑off on newly installed tools
Requirements5
- 1Minimum degree or equivalent work experience in supporting complex capital equipment for the semiconductor industry
- 2Extensive travel domestically and internationally to support customer installations worldwide
- 3Strong knowledge of electronics optics mechanical and electro‑optical systems
- 4Experience with high‑vacuum systems preferred
- 5Comfort working with computer systems operating systems and networking Windows Unix or similar environments
