- 4Synthesize data-driven insights for structured presentations and executive-level decks
- 5Shape workflows using Jira Confluence Productboard Aha! to operationalize operating models
- 6Coach product managers and leaders on agile practices and product development
- 7Travel as needed to support client engagements and foster collaboration
- 8Own end-to-end workstreams from diagnosis to solution implementation
- 9Develop client relationships and serve as key technical contacts
- 10Structure ambiguous problems into clear action paths
- 11Deliver customized digital product strategies aligning with business goals
Requirements10
- 1Bachelor's degree with Master's preferred
- 26-10 years client-facing management consulting and product management experience
- 3Direct experience with product operating models and agile transformations
- 4Strong facilitation and verbal/written communication skills
- 5High energy collaborative problem-solver with intense work ethic
- 6Fluency in English and ability to travel frequently
- 7Client-first mentality and cross-functional teamwork orientation
- 8Experience working in lifespciences preferred but not required
- 9Valid work authorization for US-based positions
- 10Mastery of AWS Certified technologies and related cloud platforms
